-About the theme:
Madness, Mayhem, and Halloween provides a broad range in costume/character/series choices. You could dress up in general Halloween outfits as a prelude to the holiday, series known for containing characters who are mad, destructive, and series that are filled with madness in itself (example would be Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.) It's the 2nd Anniversary for Gasukan this month, and it is held at Gasworks Park which is an industrial artwork of colors and machinery.

Disclaimer: As always, the theme for each Gasukan is not a rule/requirement. It's meant to give a cosplayer that nudge of creativity if they're stumped on what to bring, or for cosplayers to organize cosplays of the same series for photo ops. As always, no one has to follow the theme, but it is there if anyone wants to plan according to it.
